WHAT INFORMATION DO I NEED TO PROVIDE FOR A QUOTATION?
To prepare an accurate quotation, we recommend providing any available working drawings, a schedule of works, and any specific contract details. These help us assess the full scope of your commercial or residential building project.
DO YOU YOU OFFER DAY RATES FOR BUILDING WORK?
Yes, for some types of work – especially tasks with uncertain timeframes – we offer competitive day rates. This is often the most cost-effective option for smaller or less-defined projects.
I HAVE ARCHITECTURAL DRAWINGS - WHAT SHOULD I DO NEXT?
Please send them to us. We’ll arrange a site visit to assess the works and discuss your plans in detail. Open communication helps us ensure your office refurbishment, house extension, or property development meets your exact requirements.
CAN YOU HELP WITH DESIGN AND ARCHITECTURAL DRAWINGS?
We’re not architects, but we do offer design and build services and can produce a basic level of in-house drawings. For projects requiring planning permission or detailed architectural plans (e.g. house extensions), we’ll connect you with trusted local architects.
DO YOU WORK ON LISTED BUILDINGS?
Yes, we have experience working with listed and historic buildings. Whether it's a sensitive commercial renovation or a heritage home extension, we understand the compliance and care these projects require.
CAN YOU HELP WITH LIGHT OFFICE REFURBISHMENTS AND MAINTENANCE?
